-
High-Quality Materials
Our pier caps are made with high-quality sands, aggregates, and cement. The edges are sharp, accurate and well defined.
-
Durable
Our pier caps are designed to resist weathering and wear, ensuring they remain durable and reliable over time with minimal upkeep.
-
Superior Surface Texture
While some companies use only sand and cement to make their pier caps, we include a crushed aggregate which ensures that the surface texture is closed and smooth.
Colours
We hold stocks of pier caps in two main colours:
Portland (white).

Bath (honey / buff colour).

Other colours may be made to order, please call with any enquiries.
Pier Cap Sizing
Our pier caps are designed to cover brick piers and have an overhang of about 27 to 30mm around all sides. This overhang is where the 'drip groove' or 'throat' is located. Any water that runs down the side of the pier caps will reach the groove and drip off the cap thus protecting the brickwork. We follow metric brick sizes and increase the sizes in 100mm (half a brick) steps.
Example
A '2 brick' pier will have a width dimension of 440mm (2 x 215mm bricks and a 10mm joint). The underside of our M.CAP3 pier cap has a dimension of 495mm giving an overhang of 27mm around all sides.
Not All Pier Caps Are The Same
Many of the larger DIY stores, builders merchants and even garden centres sell concrete pier caps. Typically, these cost considerably less than cast stone pier caps but there are also considerable differences in size, quality, colour and finish.
